Katarina from Roses and stuff http://rosorochris.blogspot.com/
invited me to participate in her
new meme for Fridays - Blooming Friday.
Cyclamen are native to the Mediterranean and North Africa and are members of the primrose family. They are known for their striking, beautiful deep green leaves that have creamy marbled patterns and shading. The leaves can be kidney-shaped, round or heart-shaped. Dainty flowers that look as if they’ve been turned inside out perch high above the leaves on long sturdy stems. Cyclamen come in a variety of colours from pale pinks to deep fuchsia, intense red and pristine white. They’re commonly sold in supermarkets, retail stores and florist shops, and their immense popularity continues to grow.

That's a very pretty Cyclamen with its frilly edges. I like the foliage a lot as well. Very enjoyable.
Thanks a lot for participating in Blooming Friday!
Have a lovely weekend! Katarina
It certainly is a lovely winter flower. It lightens up the so dark november / Tyra
that's a very interesting cyclamen... it's the first time i've seen the blooms with ruffled edges... and the deep fuchsia provides a good contrast to the leaves...
The blooms inside help to keep the winter blues away.
So very pretty.
The snow is pretty too.
Stay warm.

Unfortunately I have little sunlight in my home for house plants so I gave up years ago.
