(pictures from Lee Valley website)
Last year I started to install a low-flow water irrigation system from Lee Valley, Toronto.
I am very satisfied with the easy installation and the results.
The Gardena water timer is programmable and a multiple water distributor is now managing the irrigation system in my garden. Now, I can water the garden early in the morning and small sprinklers deliver water to the root level, avoiding run offs. That saves water and money.

Gardena is a German company website: http://gardena.ca/
Lee Valley is a Canadian company with many stores in Canada and the U.S.A

The most efficient way to water your plants is with drip or low-flow irrigation.
Lee Valley offers some of the best drip and low-flow irrigation products available.
They are all uncomplicated and easy to install. All of the parts are made to commercial-quality standards and are made in the USA or Australia, two of the world leaders in drip irrigation manufacturing.
In short, they are good quality, good value, reliable and long lasting.
You may decide to begin with one of the kits, or put together your own system by assembling a selection of parts.
Either way, you will be able to mix and match components, as everything is compatible and extendable.
Unlike conventional watering, which gives the same amount of water to the whole area, here you can pick and choose drippers, sprinklers and sprayers depending on each type of plant and its need for water.
Start with the Water Distribution Header components, then add any combination of drippers, sprayers and sprinklers.
Lee Valley also offer pre-designed kits for patio gardens, raised beds, border gardens, and vegetable row gardens.
The free irrigation design guide, offered below, will help you plan the most effective irrigation system at the lowest cost.
